Barak Trivia


In Swahili “Baraka” is a common name meaning “blessing, prosperity, progress, gift.” There’s also a proverb in Swahili: “Haraka, haraka, haina baraka,” which translates to “haste brings no blessings,”  or “slow and steady wins the race.”
